Mate - the car can be done legally and the system and exhaust can stay on as long as it doesn't run louder than the 92db rating (I think it's that - not too sure). Don't give up on it yet - if you want I'll do some proper research and help you get it looking close to it's old look legally. You can get springs wound for a few hundred that raise it just enough and the wheels are solvable too... It was prolly the combo of all your mods that made them come down on you.
The offer's there mate - feel free to take it up. You put a lot into that car to just give up on it. Cheers Pete

As if!
Well..i pick up my car tomorrow...well dont really wanna pick it up...scared on wat its gonna look like But all is good. We havent moved yet...and my mums offer to wait is still on the table about waiting until the end of the year. But since i wont really have a car to cruise in...my mum said if something comes around 30k...and its a good buy...then we'll see wat happens... 99 rexs go for 29900 00 rexs go for around 33000 so see how it goes...any suggestions on a 4 dr good performance for that price?

Ummm... I own a JDM import and I'm jealous?
 Other than an SLR5000 Torana and a Statesman and an '88 Accord, all of my Cars have been Coupes or hatches. I'm certainly not jealous of an Auto - only the statesman was an auto :finger: I just think 2 doors looks better most of the time. That's why the A9X looks better than the SLR5000 Rexes = boring - family car with wings and a good motor/drivetrain. Good, but everyone has one
