Did you get this resolved? I've seen bad connections on the battery terminals provide enough power to actuate the solenoid (click), but not turn the motor over. And bad cables can cause intermitent problems such as yours.

I rewired the whole starter with stereo stuff. There MIGHT be pics on the website. I lost my harddrive a couple week ago so if they arent there we're screwed. But its a good, cheap mod that anyone with any wiring knowledge can do. If you can hook up and amp, you can replace that crusty old POS starter wire and make up a couple grounds. If your starter wire itself is in good shape however, I wouldnt bother.

No i havent had time to try to fix it. lol plus its sooooo cold here in ohio, we got 12" of snow today the roads are sooo bad. Today is when i wish i had a 4x4 truck but noooo i have a turbo front wheel drive car, lol it sucks so bad in the snow lol. hopefully when it gets warmer and i get more time i will fix it.
Im getting ready to go to London England on Monday for 9 days woo hoo, so i cant work on it any time soon but it hasent done it for about 2 weeks so its not a REAL huge problem

My GSX was ridiculous in the snow, it would put you into the leather in a blizzard. Especially when I used to run the Bridgestone Blizzaks, but it was ballsy even with the SP Sport 4k tires that I race on. The truck does pretty well too, epsecially in 6WD (Doooooooooolly..). I'm really looking forward to having to climb this big ass hill I live on, when we have a good 8 inches or so on the ground...

yeah, my dad has a 2003 Jeep Wrangler 4x4 its lifted 8" and i love driving that thing in the snow and in the summer and taking it mudding! its sooo fun!
