I wasn't supposed to insult or offend anybody. My girlfriend was moaning at me so I had to write it fast but I hope what I wrote helps some people out.

uh, you should go get a junk head and port/polish it yourself with a dremel.. its not hard to do. and its a great experience! also, get a new intake manifold, maybe some new injectors.. you know.. get as much a/f as you can! BREATH!

thats all well and good but you can potentially leave filings in the head doing that and also you can never get it as smooth as you can with the proper equip but it's a good starting point so long as you do clean off the filings 'properly'.

yeah, definatly want to clean it out... i dont like to have metal shavings rubbin against my piston sleeves
