you don't want to go by max power. Thats how much power it can handle at a musical high which is usually short bursts throughout a song. Go by the RMS number, that's the continous amount of power it can handle.

well in that case the kappas are 90. but how do i found out the lightning audios handling power?? so will 400 cut it???

do you know the model number or anything for the 6x9s?

More than likely a 400 watt amp will be enough. You don't play your music at ear drum splitting level do you?
