Just some regular aftermarket hose clamps, like you'd use to attach radiator hoses. You'll want to get the kind that has the screw attachment, rather than the squeeze clamp. You'll also probably have to double them up in order to get enough length to get all the way around.
4 clamps total, 2 for the front area of the cat, and 2 more for the rear. I know that rattle can be annoying.....

alright thanks. DO you have any Idea how to put a left turn lamp on the front of the car? Like what tools and stuff?

I think you can do it with a phillips screwdriver, from the outside.

True enough, but sometimes there might be clearance issues between the cat and the body of the car. Makes a whale of a noise when it all hits together.
