fuel pressure is 58 constant running or after it dies

hmmm, should be 61-64 while running......I've seen worse though. When it's running how does the oil pressure look?

No, not on a CPI. Even 45-50psi will have the truck not starting.

The poppets require at least 55 psi to open properly.

On a 1993 Vin W, the pressure should be 55-61 psi with the key on and the engine off.

Check engine coolant temp sensor. I heard that this is very common for the "engine dies when warm" condition, but I have no personal experience with the problem. Cheap & easy to try.

Nah, throwing random parts at a truck is not a good idea.

THis sounds familer. Did you check the plugs to see if flooded? Have you pulled off the plenum to see if it is flooded up there again? Where did you get your cpi unit?

cpi unit is ac delco

Well After A Month Of Playing With This Thing And Replacing Fuel Pump,cpi,ecm,plugs,wires,cap And Rotor, Today Put In A Ignition Module And Its Running....it Had Spark The Hole Time But Must Have Not Been Enough................thanks For All The Help
