I recommend Nokian Vativa I run 31s on my 98 blazer and these tires are the best in mud, snow, dirt, wet, and dry highway, excellent mileage out of them also

Michelin Cross Terrains.......

one of the highest rated tires for SUV's, excellent snow, wet road traction, AND quiet on the highway.
