My 2001 2-dr Blazer has the same error code. Is this solenoid at the other end of the air hose that goes into the canister? If so, my solenoid is in the same place as Scholzee's. Not the easiest part to get to...

Find out which on is the vent solenoid.

That's the problem... I'm not sure which one it is. My book isn't very helpful either. I guess I'll try the one that I think it is....

Should be a diagram on your fan shroud.
