now with all the hostility aside, I want to learn about turbos and what an engine needs to work with one, were can i get this info, or any other info that has to do with performance upgrades etc. cause i do use google and i dont get the answers im looking for, maybe im using the wrong keywords, any suggestions.

Dude, seriously, you have forced me to say something. First mods you can get are an intercooler, intake, DP, injectors, fuelpump, or does the kit already have that. You cant come in to a forum and say, "im gonna get a turbo kit that gives me 320hp, what else can I add to make power." With this info, we dont know what size turbo you are getting, what size intercooler you are getting, what the intercooler is, who makes the kit, what ECU are you going to run. There are so many variables to making power, that we cant just give you a number. Im trying not to flame you, but this is one of the dumbest questions. Find out exactly what you are getting, then come back and tell us. After we know what you will have, we can tell you what to get, and what you need to upgrade.

yea fufoo, i meant no disrespect but thats usually how the rich kids are....buy and have installed and don't even know wtf there getting, you know what im saying. But yea we'd love to help we just need to know what your kit is already going to include so then we can help you from there. So when you find out what all the kit will include im sure you will have better results from us. Good luck man. Im glad your going ka, as thats what i plan on doing also.

I agree. Turbos are a great idea. But take my advice from someone who is also somewhat new to the forums: These people are more than willing to help if you give them something to work with. These people have great advice but you gotta know more about your turbo. Do some more research; it does take time and it sucks, but it's the best way to go. That's all I got for you, good luck, man!
