You know... It's not too bad having somone's taillights sail past you if you're getting a hummer.... If you shift too soon you might just break the seal... It might even be better if you just pull over, a proper hummer is more important than winning a race. Especially when you get less than 8 mpg... You might have to walk the hell home if you' re getting a real good one.

yunno, u came into this forum and one of the first things u said is "i bet my civic can beat whatever you have". i have 4 possible races for you, not 5 cuz my car isn't running
1. my dad's '70 SS 396 el camino w/ EFI
2. my dad's '87 buick GNX (if you don't know what that is, then you probably won't win)
3. my bro's '67 malibu SS w/ a blower
4. my bro's dad's '67 buick GS w/ a chevy 454 that has all the goodies

i'll tell you that the slowest of the 4 runs a 12.7, i'll let you imagine what the fastest runs

if you ever want to race your civic while it has a blown piston, i'll get my camaro and we'll push the cars a 1/4 mi. lol. i bet ur civic isn't as pretty as my camaro :-P (i feel kinda like a fag, claiming cosmetic superiority instead of power superiority...)
