Re: GSX/GST turbo in 2000+ eclipse
this is a old thread but. If I remeber correctly you will kill the life out of the stock gst/gsx turbo faster than a bigger turbo. bigger to me is more reasonable. more power at less psi is better than the same power at a high psi, imo. ie-honda/acura torque (no power until 6500rpms) if i am wrong correct me somebody, and if i did not help...somebody else will...

Re: GSX/GST turbo in 2000+ eclipse
these old threads
....i assume you ment the gs-t, not gts. in which casde, the gsx and gst share the same manifold and everything else. the manifold will work on the 4G64 with a 16g. anything bigger will hit eh a/c gimmick. smaller tubo=less lag. the 16g is a pretty gamn good turbo and has the track record to prove it. Revolution- c'mon man, your killing me with these old threads.

Re: GSX/GST turbo in 2000+ eclipse
you could pick up a T3 turbo for around 350$ or a T3/T4 turbo hybrid for 425 on the internet, if you want to go 14b i can send you one for about 125 or so, but a 14b is the absolute smallest i would go w/ a 2.4 turbo, the guys w/ turbo KA24de engines won't go smaller than that and i've only heard of one setup that small

Re: GSX/GST turbo in 2000+ eclipse
