i have another question guys and i would like an anwser to the question abov this thread if anyone knows what it is. I was wondering how can i put the mounting brakcets from the intake to the car can i screw tthe brackets directly into the intake pipe or should i use some type of adhiesive.

put the black rubber strap around the pipe then put the screw through the ends of the strap into the body of the car

I have that little thingy too on my intake. Dunno what it goes to, but it plugs into someting, just a little rubber hose. I could post pic?
