Well, i was driving into st. louis today on the interstate and i saw a lightning driving. I've heard they were fast but i've never really looked into them because i don't like trucks much in the first place. Anyways, i noticed the svt tag on the back of it and i'm thinking...cobras have the same thing too. I decided not to pursue a race with him, definitely wasn't gonna try it from a roll anyways. Yes, a truck scared me out of a race. haha

Yah i have a 98 vr4 with the new engine and clutch....i dunno...i've been running around with 2 different 5.0L stangs that i think were a little modded and i didn't really hand it out from a run. I think it's all in the launch on this car.
On another note about racing...I did race my friend with the slightly modded grand am gt ram air version. He just wanted to see me run my car so we decided to do it. I didn't even launch at the beginning and still got 4 or 5 car lengths on him at about 85... |

Well you gotta consider the Grand Am is an extremely slow ass car, even the supercharged ones run a high 15 second 1/4 mile, it's much more efficient, but too big to be fast.
