It has been awfully quiet lately. Seems like a lot of newbies came posted a lot. then left.

Me personally, I only reply to something if I can relate or contribute to the topic. Once in a blue moon I'll make a smartass reply for good humor and to keep things lively. I have also been working on a few other projects in the evenings...and am rarely home or on the computer on weekends.
