Heheh... when I wasn't doing the same... but at least I wasn't that poor Commodore owner... I swear the washing machine would be doing overtime at their place after the patented Qbaby dive under brakes to slot a 'teg into a space designed for a mini

A "bit" concerned????? I think they were more than a "bit" concerned the way their tails came on Beamers and Exas are no challenge really... then again, I tried playing with an old Monaro on the way down to Vic (must have been a meet on as there were dozens of them on the road) - I got owned by it at a certain excessive speed limit... but then again, I knew there was a radar trap ahead

We were just teasing eachother. I caught them ofguard, as they were both nudging at a traffic light, and the next set of lights, everyone was just teasing, and burning lots of rubber...not that anyone went anywhere, cause no one got any traction

LOL - I hate that - either little revs and bog down before the VTEC or too much revs and get wheelspin

There's a nice Exa out Silverwater way - I saw it smoke a Walkinshaw Commodore a few days back - somehow I think it was far from stock but the Commie driver was so furious... I just laughed as everytime the 'dore came close the Exa would just walk away under boost Gotta love the top end of Silverwater rod for revheads

It was funny cause the beamer...all you could hear was 3 vehicles screaching up the road :hehehe:

Lots of modified cars or car enthusiasts out my way. Every few cars you see one, and I've seen the majority of the cars from the Autosalons out this way. Its all cool though, they drive normally.

You're lucky - it seems to be mostly WRXs out this way and that's it. The WRX owners are idiots too... not the safest of drivers - too much money, not enough common sense.

I was out at Villawood and Smithfield 2 days before I went down to Vic... talk about car-culture shock

I love the look of awe that my current boyfreind gave when he found out I really dug cars!

yeah, i'm a chick, and i get along better with my friends' boyfriends than they do. they think i'm flirting, but i'm not. i just can relate better to the car stuff they talk about. if you want in, you gotta read up and learn girls. then you can blow em away!

I understand that, about people think your flirting with someone just because you're talking about cars. But, it's alright if guys do it, just as long as their girlfriends are standing behind them looking pretty and not talking, that's about bullshit!!! Myman is forever getting mad at me, because I'm one of the few ( and I do mean few) girl racers around my town. There's alot of little kids (16-17 yr old) that look up to me & my friends. So they'll come up and ask questions and if I'm the one that gets in a discussion with them then I'm supposely flirting. But it's aight if it's any of the guys. c'mon guys grow up....
