Roger that. ExMag is definitley not a ticket magnet. Nice and refined deep rumble. My choice as well. If you want something louder than the ExMag but want it to sound nice still, Invidia gets the job done like no other. Erotic.

Re: Good Sounding Exhausts

i got a hotshot header, random technology "hi flow cat", and 2.5 inch custom catback with HKS hi power muffler and it sounds real good. But when you punch it everyone on the road knows it. Sounds real mean.

but iv always wanted to try fujitsubo out...and the HKS web site has sound clips of there exhausts on various cars to get an idea of what it would sound like. check it

It's hard to find a good exhaust system that gives performance but doesn't let the whole world hear it. The guys over at this Mazda forum were commenting on it. I agree, I like the N1 dual cat back but still a little too deep for me. I want to change my stock one soon. Does anyone know why the porsche sounds the way it does? My uncle's 911 turbo, along with the other porsches has this faint, but recognizable hollow woosh.

How loud is the blitz nur spec catback(in comparison with all others) with sr? How does it sound with the silencer?
Does it sound (w/out the silencer) louder than the HKS Hi-power? I want my car to be 100% sleeper and sound relativley close to stock, and i dont want to get pulled over by the po-pos.

Re: Good Sounding Exhausts

ahaha take a good look at the blitz nur spec.

a nice good close look

it will never EVER sound stock, unless the only exhaust blowing through it is through your lips.

just by looking at it you can tell its a loud ass exhaust.

Re: Good Sounding Exhausts

get a titanium exhaust with resonator etc.

if you want a quiet exhaust, it will only set you back a couple grand.
