I say that everything you can that makes the car an Si. Even if you dont need it you can probably sell it and make some money off of it. Anytime I find a Si in the yard I strip it of all its goods and stock pile the shit in my basement, waiting to sell it.

just buy the whole fucking car, probably come out cheeper than buying all that shit by itself. Most junkyard cars are $500-$800 complete, some places less/more.

I dont think they're allowed to sell cars from junkyard. The ones i go to say its illegal to sell salvage cars.

if your feeling confident, you could drill out the spot welds that hold the roof panel in, and take the roof witht the whole sunroof assembly......that would be cool....

as long as the junkyard holds the title it is not illegal for them to sell it.

Yep, they can sell you the whole freakin car if they hold the title. But since that si is in good condition, the price may be high. And always get the stuff that are hard to find first. So when you come back, it won't be missing. I hate when that happens!

Re: There's a nice black SI that got dropped of at the junkyard today...

one of the junk yards I go to accually has a car lot in it, they take stuff they get in that needs minor repair that they buy at auctions and stuff and clean it up and fix it and put them in a seperate section for sale as a whole.
