I really enjoyed building this kit myself, but I must say you did a far better job in masking the painted areas than I did. Great work so far.

Man you're fast!
Paint job looks very I mean very good on both colors.
Did you used Tamiya MS-3 for the red color as indicated on instructions?
By the way Tamiya didn't made the blue long tail version R390, it's a transkit from Renaissance as far as I know.

No I dont used TamIya paint(To expensive) I used cheap automotive lecqeor spray.

The body came out pretty clean, couldn't do it my self I hate two tone bodies it never come out the way I want.
I done the seat using mesh.they got a tutorial a Tamiya .com

Awesome progress I hope my masking job comes out as good as yours did. I am actually scared of doing the masking and painting as this is my first two tone car. I hope it comes out good.

take extra care on the airvent area. make sure u mask it completely.
