Those are batteries... which will help a good deal to get a deep cycle vs. a stock battery, but a class a/b amp that is trying to pull anything over 1500watts is a huge deterimet on your electrical system... it is also a high current amplifier if I remember which means it pulls a butt load of power from your alternator...

im pretty sure i won't pull over 1500 watts. The subs are 600 rms each so 1200 max. But i checked out that site and ford wasn't on the list for alternators.

Look up a BatCap800 instead of spending all your money on a new alternator. Unless you are throwing tons of power at your car, you can usually solve the problem by getting a batcap or a new dry cell batter
