no, the guy played dumb, said it might need a starter or something he wasnt sure. I have tried calling him back but have yet to get a person on the other side, and ofcoarse no return phone calls.

I have had it for about 2 months, I still want try everything i can to get it running, and my brother the lawyer says i bought it as is were is and the law is buyer beware.

If you are determined to get it running, I would suggest you start by removing all of the spark plugs and squirting a small amount of diesel fuel into each hole and let it sit for a day or so, then slowly try to turn the crank shaft a little at a time, back and forth. If it breaks loose and turns freely, be sure to drain and change the oil before starting. If you do get it start, be prepared for future repairs up to and including scored cylinder walls, worn piston rings and pistons, bearings etc. not to mention poor performance. Good luck!
