wheel hop is he devil and can break very expensive stuff, so if you start to hop, dont push it.

AWD will rule FWD in the 1/4 always. on the freeway at speed it may be a different story though. both are DSM and simple to mod for some serious power gains. AWD will be more expensive in the end because of the need to upgrade more drivetrain related things, because it has more of them

both can be made to go VERY fast for little $$. as lond as it is a turbo model, you will not be dissapointed.

My dad launches his gsx perfectly and he launches my bros tercel terrible so i think there is a big diff with the awd and fwd.

awd also has drivetrain loss but it wont matter too much in the 1/4 mile. it would from a roll though.
