Re: kit/paint questions

The problem might be not with your skin irritation or burn. You know that this stuff absorbed by your skin and in 24 seconds via the blood stream reaches your liver, kidneys, and brain? Do you want brush cleaner in your brain? Liver can fail from even a small amount of this stuff, so be smart, wear gloves all the time when working with chemicals, even acrylic paints.

He as well might... And not only because of danger to his internals.
Skin is the biggest organ in your body, and should be treated as one.

What's the difference? Its still in the blood!

But anyhow, I think you will be fine, just try not to do it anymore, think of your help while young.

Re: kit/paint questions

ahh common guys. Many ppl use thinner to wash there hand after paint job or mecanical work. Nobody is dead becose of that.

On the 1Gal Enamel Thinner bottle I have, it's writed that you can actually wash your hand with it to remove all the paint residue, then washing your hand with soapy water. Testor thinner IS enamel thinner.

People here got really paranoid lately. You scare newbee

Plus that stuff is stronger than the Brush Cleaner!

Re: kit/paint questions

Sorry I got a little worried about your health! I'd rather be too over cautious than have liver problems in 25, and brain damage in 50.

Re: kit/paint questions

i'm sure acrylic paint doesn't get absorbed by your skin. The only problem we have to worry about is the vapors... and if you drink the stuff
