The cobra computer or J4J1 is set up to run on a mass air meter that is calibrated for 19lb injectors, the same one that comes on the GT. And it needs 24lb injectors in order to run properly. The reason for this I don't know but computer makes the necessary adjustment. (I know this for a fact). Now the T4MO or GT computer needs the mass air meter to be calibrated for whatever size injector is in the car.

And as far as the Tweecer is concerned yeah you are right, course its a little late now. This thing was driving me nuts. Well bottom line is I am very happy with the way my car performs with the PIH. So whether you go tweecer or PIH either one is a hell of a lot better than the stock computers.
100% agreed, that's why I said 24's were needed for it to run properly, however last I knew Pro-M actually trims Cobra MAFS differently than GT MAFS even though they are similar. Mine's cal'd for a Cobra running 30''s (which I have) but I still had to cut some pulsewidth at idle, 'cause it was loading up pretty bad.
