What is wrong with racing anyone you can. I raced some guy in my Z while he was doing his test drive in a lamborghini murcielago. I knew i would lose but it was fun to see just how fast they really are. Needless to say he killed me and i followed him to the dealership to look at the car. He told me the salesman was s-ing himself the whole time and that he was going to end up buying the car.

And to those of you that don't like the sound of a potato gun exhaust it's just personal preference. Some sound crappy some sound good but the same can be said about V8 exhausts. i think the sound of a harley is annoying (i prefer the buzz of my gixxer) but whatever makes you happy.

i just don't understand why it seems like it's the V8 folks hate tuners so much (not all mind you). We all are doing the same thing-trying to go faster.

I am going to buy a v8 very shortly. 99 Mustang GT is the goal. And I do not hate Imports or the "tuner" scene. The one thing I hate is ignorance. Especially (and not to stereotype or always use them as an example) Civic "racers". You can add parts to it, but dont do things that make it "look fast" when your care can run 16s all day. Im done :P

Wow, what an insightful comment! I mean, wow! I too have a Honda with an iVTEC engine, so I guess I fall into this crowd too, huh? Of course, my 160HP iVTEC engine is mated with a Honda Element, so I'll bet if I could just add a "bling-bling", "true-dat" flashing rear tail-light kit to my Honda then THAT would make me cool, huh? I mean, I bought the Honda Element because it is SUCH a dragster! It will LITERALLY BLOW THE DOORS OFF ANYTHING ELSE OUT THERE!!! (assuming the other vehicle is OUT OF GAS that is!!)

I am seriously concerned about this. First of all, somebody named "bumpinneon" hates my vehicle. Second, I am SO PISSED OFF AT MYSELF for not buying a DODGE/PLYMOUTH/CHRYSLER "NEON"!!! What A Dumbass I am!! Moral of this story? If I only had invested my hard earned cash in a Neon with a coffee can "fart" muffler, perhaps I TOO could hate Honda's for no reason! Oh wait, I just made a worthless hypocrytical statement, huh?

BTW, I don't give a Muslim SHEITE(!) if this is an old thread. I say if you drive a car that costs less than 20,000.00 when NEW then you have no right to bash on Honda. Period.

Oh, and one more thing. This is NOT a personal attack against "bumpinneon". Just against ignorance. Man, that really pisses me off! (oh, and not having a cold beer!!)

One more rip... Perhaps if I too had a SOHC with Intake AND Exhaust (!!!!) then I too could spank a few Hondas!! After all, they only have DOHC and... Um.. I am ignorant to this fact, but I perhaps they too have Intake AND Exhaust?? If they don't, then that just reinforces my stupidity for buying a Honda instead of a Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth NEON!!

I've seen so much rice around here (Louisiana) it's ridiculous. Everything from the token riced out Civic, to an old Lincoln Towncar with a huge aluminum GT wing. God, that one made me laugh for a while.
