whats the diff in horsepower between a V-tec, and a 5G Si motor?

btw, my seatbelt light stays on and it beeps, eventually the beeping stops, but the light remains, any thoughts on what might be wrong, or how to turn it off? its getting quite annoying.

Yes sorry to get off your subject (smacks self on hand and says bad me) You will love the difference from a d15 to a d16z6 it is one of the best things I have done to my car. Besides the turbo thats still sitting in the box
