They are progressive...

Here's the description from Digital Racer

JIC Coilover Suspensions (SF-1 Mono Ball Rear Upper Mount) - G20 (P10) [1991-1996]

JIC threaded coil over systems with aluminum mono ball upper mounts and progressive springs have higher shock and spring rates designed with bump stops. Twin tube design and using 36mm pistons for strut application. Shocks are rebuildable and revalvable for all application. *** All JIC products are designed for Japanese domestic market vehicles, fitment is not guaranteed on US domestic market vehicles.***

I agree, the springs do look linear, but they feel progressive. I've only had the car for a few weeks, but I'd also like to add that the setup is pretty quiet. Since they're a real coilover, there's removable collar, and no need for the DIY silicone/duct tape remedy.

Hi Luke,

I'm interested but I need a couple months to save up for that kind of money. By the way, I'm the guy who bought Jason's old rims. Just wondering about that last post about being not guaranteed to fit USDM models though. Wouldn't want to go through that hassle just to send them back cause they don't fit. Anyways, just thought I'd let you know there is interest and thank you for providing us with all these parts.

Joe

no worries Joe, the JIC coilover fits the US G20s, I had them on my old G20 and now Dan is using it so you dont have to worry about the fitment issue...it was just included in the description because some US cars are a bit different than the J-spec cars so we need to throw that in to cover our ass
