Metabolism pills

Someone called these things "herbel speed" once. I just wanted something extra to help to go with dieting and exercise. I don't feel much different taking them, but I think my appetite went down some. I take a daily multivitamin so I think thats supposed to help with the vitamins u lose taking these metabolism pills. I dont plan on taking them forever. Just wanted a lil boost for a month or two.

Do you use a heart rate monitor when you train?
Have you seen how those metabalism pills screw with your heart rate?

I don't think they affect me that much...i don't feel all jittery or anythign..i would think i could feel my heart rate increase..i think i got a redicously slow heart rate anyway..i did some experiments where they paid u to take experimental drugs and they took my heart rate before and it was like 30 bpm they werent goin to let me take the experiment but then i took some water and made sure to tap my leg a whole bunch and it went up to like 45 and they said that was good enough...maybe it was low because it was like 7 AM and i was tired..maybe im immune to caffeine..iv had red bull, and other energy drinks and coffee to keep me awake when i drive but they dont seem to make me any less tired

I think they are banned. Anger and impotence got to be too much for some people.
