Think of it like this, you are not going to mod a GT motor to 800hp....why.......because you are going to want the best.So you will swapp in another motor that will handle the power and is easier to tune correct?

Well, i could easily do the same thing an Swapp in an RB25det from a GT-st skyline.I can easily gett 800HP on a stock bottom end......plus my car is going to be alot easier to tune.Or hell if i want, i could swapp in a RB26dett an convert my 240 to 4wd, it has been done for under 14 grand, which would still make my car less expensive then a a newer GT stang. Then i could build the motor with stock internals and have the amazing 4wd launch that you wish you could have on a GT stang. So wheter or not my car has balls is not the issue here.I can always add balls if i wish, you just need to stop being so immature.....i made my last post as to be sarcastic.....if you didn't notice....grow up man.

Re: Experienced drivers, please comment!

Anyone can do motor swap's, I'm talking about stock motor's..

I don't care if the post was sarcastic or not. Your implying that GT's don't have power right, Or is that the post you were'nt being sarcastic with? Was is the "That's funny...." one where you were being sarcastic?

Well they do have power, Just because they don't run low 13's people think they're no good. Who care's about speed? GT's aren't really made to be fast. They're made for people who want a mustang, At a resonable price.

How am I being immature? I made a comment about mustang's having more ball's then your 240, Which is true. I think the only reason you're calling me immature is because you don't like the fact that someone dissagreed with your post.

I'm not going to argue with you, I've argued with too many people on this forum and it's not worth it.

In no way am I trying to be an asshole and come off like I hate you. Just voicing my oppinion.

ok obviously you have never seen other post of mine. Most people don't agree with me but do i call them immature.....no.I call you immature because ou have to go off topic and bring up my vehicle for some reason. When in fact nobody ever stated anything about a 240sx compared to a GT stang............maybe u are just living in your own little world.Since it seems like you do that often on these boards.Maybe you wouldn't get into so many arguments with other members if you didn't see it fit to backup every domestic thread.......just my 2 cents.

lame. you cannot possibly swap in such a motor as well as 4wd for that lil money. a 240sx will be a completely different machine in its own category, not a 240sx anymore. Also, the mustang V8 is a pretty big engine, and guess what? Ford meant for people to mod the hell out of the V8, so they dont have to do it themselves. And oh, i spent 10 grand on my civic and got 4wd, twin turbo RX7 engine, 7 speed sequential paddle shifters, lowered suspension, quad cat back exhaust, make that quad turbo too, ...............

Well vette, it is you who give domestic owners bad names my friend. If you did a little research before you started talking out of your ass, yuo would know that this swapp can be done from anywhere from 15-18 grand.

http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...d.php?t=126426

Check out tha tlink and then come back and tell me about your Turbo rotary you freakin doof.I can't believe that people come on this board with no facts to back up there comments wutso ever.......also you give vette owners bad names since that is ur screen on here.Next time do reaserch little buddy before you go an start shooting your mouth. Why would i make up unbelieveable swap prices.........just because i own an import i'm not to be taken as an idiot you freakin genious...........oh wait.......vette...can i tell u one more thing......have you ever been F&%$in cuz with your attitude, it looks like you have been many atimes.

Alos, i'm not comming back to this thread anymore for the fact that ii'm tired of arguing with freakin genious.I'm not talking about you Sk8r, you were making good points, but when vette entered our conversation trying to make me look like an ass when in essence he made himself look like a loser, thats when i call it quita.I'm tired of little kids comming in here an make thenselves look like freakin special olympic contenders.

Re: Experienced drivers, please comment!

All I know is, my friend bought a Foxbody 5.0 Mustang GT for $2000, and did three mods to it: underdrive pulleys, K&N air filter, and 3.73 gears. He ran a 13.9 at the track on slicks. So it doesn't take very much to make the Foxbody GTs quite fast. With a 50 shot of NOS and better driving he might even make 12's.
