Whoa, her grandma left the house to her? Is it in her name? If it is, get the cops over there and have him thrown out onto the street. As quickly as possible get a restraining order on the asshole, he is stupid enough to come back to harrass her, and he will go to jail for it.
If it's not in her name (I can't imagine that he has ANY right to ownership of the place) then it must be in her parents name, get them to have him thrown out.

Hey, your plan sounds very good but what will he do after he finds that she has left. Didn't he say he would come after you? Sorry if this offends anyone at all but is he like a big "redneck", because I'm not sure how it is out there but I heard they can get very mad

well im going to go and get her right now
by time i get to her aunts she should be there. thanks for the advice guys....and all it took was one call to her parents house. i will let everyone know how it goes when i get back.  thanks again, im kinda nervous about this but i know its the right thing to do.

Once she's gone get him kicked out, and have her get a restraining order. It doesn't sound like he'd actually kill anybody, afterall anybody who has to beat up girls and play with guns to feel like a man is obviously a fairly large pussy.

well we just got back, she is here with me and she
said that she is never going back there. and if he does come here, which he dont know were i live, i will blow his ass away. shit my car was crammed full of her stuff. i have been living by myself for several months just got a new doublewide. no pictures on the walls she screamed when she came through the door. im not a good house keeper. she lauged and said well ill be busy tomarrow. i told her that i would sleep on the couch, which is thats were i have been sleeping anyway. i need to go grocery shopping i dont have enuff food to acomidate 2 people for the rest of the week. im going to leave her here she wants on the computer. maybe you all can chat til i get back.
