Umm i thought the 300zx engine was really reliable i havn't herd ne compliants from the guys around here. My choice probably the Siliva nice car LOTS of potential. Btw
 u get to drive on the autobahn? I want to drive on it some day after i get a decent car and some practice on it so i wouldn't kill myself the first time. But then again i live in us so i'll proabably never have the chance.

The VG30DE (300ZX N/A engine) is very reliable, but it's fairly expensive to maintain, and it won't be as easy to get big power out of as the turbo fours will be. My vote goes for the 200SX; it's more my style than the MR2, and the aftermarket will most likely be much larger as well. If you like the MR2 better, go for it; it's every bit as reliable, and every bit as potentially fast.

There was no 2.2lvtec 3rd gen lude. There was a 2.1l si but it was non vtec.
