Yep, just make sure you don't sign anything without reading every detail first. And it is your prerogative to get up and leave if you see anything that doesn't seem right. They'll probably straighten the fees out for you rather than lose a sale.

5% sales tax for MD(since I live in MD)
lein fee of $20.00
ERT fee??? $20.00
temporary tag fee $2.00
dealer documentation fee (processing fee) $99.00
Registration $104.00
Loudon County Tax(VA) 36.89

Which comes out to $281.89 + 5% tax. So those are the only things you should be paying for above the price quote that they give you.

Talk to the dealers - A-Spec is a Type S with body kit, titanium trim kit, Type R wing, 17 inch Enkei Rims, Yokohoma tires, and springs and shocks (designed by the NSX team).

There is also the A-Spec handling package, which is only the rims tires and suspension.

mc119 - Is your A-Spec the handling one or the fully loaded? I.e. does it have body kit and spoiler and trim kit or no?

Dude, you're in luck. Acura is now selling the Acura RSX Type S Handling Package. Its the A-Spec but without the aesthetics (tires, rims and suspension). Its like 2 or 3 grand over the Type S price. And the A-Spec suspension was deisgned by the NSX team, Motor Trend said it was the best FWD car they've tested.

I just talked to my friend at acura and he told me that he can't get deals on any packages. Only the car.
