I have seen stranger things happen.And why exactly cant a B18 have 140hp? Old ass 240Z's had 160 and that was in the 70's so whay cant a 1.8liter DOHC motor with a suply of bolt ons and some tuning make 140hp?
And, yes a 140hp car could beat an AWD one. IF the guy behind the wheel of the AWD car is an idiot and has no idea what he si doign he will lose.

im sure my car put's down way more than 140whp with the shot, everyone was talking flywheel hp so i did also.

with just intake and exhaust I ran a 14.7 on shitty tires and with a broken motor mount. any eclipse turbo with just i/e isnt drastically faster than that unless skip barber is driving.

The next Eclipse was a white one w/turbo, and he wanted to "race from a stop" after he noticed he wasn't pulling away too hard when we dropped into 2nd gear.
And AWD doesn't do much good once ur already going, but that turbo does! If i'm not mistaken, bc of 4 wheel motion you lose even more HP between the crank and wheels(but i could be wrong)

And by the way, u might look at my car and laugh, but when i fly by u in 3rd gear...ur just gonna wish you wouldn't have tried!!
I hate when people accuse others of being nooB's...I bet its so hard to believe b/c you've never seen some1 with a JDM H22 swap w/intake, ghetto rigged distributor and VTEC hook up...know how to drive!!! I'm on a tight budget, and I like to do the work myself b/c i'm not afraid to get dirty and learn something new...especially with my easy to work on HONDA. Saying you don't have 140 horses doesn't mean that i'm saying you have less. and if it's a b18a it's already above that. As far as i know all the b18 engines make more than 130 out of the crate.

look at the edit i changed it a minute after i re read my post lol 130 out of the box but still with a 55 shot

and as for the guy messing up his driving. The GSX eclipse comes in an automatic also so if you do wind up killing one you might have killed an auto.
