Logikal that was bull, the old lady pulled infront of him, what was he to do, I almost got killed by these decaying monters, sorry but I find them heartless, the fool who T-boned me didn't give a fuck that I was sitting on the ground cuz my back was injured, then he had the nerve to try and lie to the cops that I was speeding and he couldn't see me coming, the cop told him if I was going so fast, there will be skid marks of me trying to slow down cuz if I was at a high speed when he hit me, I would have flipped over, and would have been much farther down the road than I was, and they say respect old ppl. Senario two, me and my brother were trying to find out how fast the Taurus SHO was, so we gunn it, right when we reached 130mph (it was 2:00AM not many cars on the road), this white cadilac pulls in from a ramp, then crossed 4 lanes to come and puul right infront of me, thank god ATL has 6 lanes, I would have killed her and my brother, even if I wasn't supposed to be going that fastthat I know, but what the fuck happened to yielding, there were no cars on the road but she didn't want to drive in the slow lane so she pulls right infront of me, and I got my high beems on. I don't like old ppl driving thats that, I really don't care how much we love our grand parents, they can't drive worth a shit so they should stay home. I saw a lady who ended up inside a wall trying to avoid a car that just jumped lanes, when we arrived and asked what happened they said that an old driver switched two lanes and didn't see the lady coming at 80mph, the fool they said was only doing 55mph, and to make it worse, he/she they all look alike didn't even stop. He was pulled over 6miles down the road by the cops. What the Fuck.

Old lady is probably not at fault. Simliar cases have resulted in partial fault settlements, if you were REALLY lucky you might have scored one of those. It would have been a long shot though. =(

kinda reminds me of the time with that old guy driving through a market street and killin like 20 people....i think old people should take the driving test again just to make sure their senses and reactions are still there....like ahve them retest every year if they are barely passing and like every 3-4 years if they pass with flying colors. We should start a legistration on this old people driving....maybe like 60+ they have to retake the test....

heh when i went to get my licence there was this old mexican guy there with his daughter id say he was around 80 but he was in pretty bad shape... when the DMV lady told him to look in the machine to see if your color blind his daughter had to grab him and turn him aroud because he wasnt paying attention and couldnt hear. and he was shaking like it was hard to stand. the look on the DMV ladys face was hilarious like "WTF i would let this guy drive a golf cart" when i got done with the Test the Daughter was bitching at the DMV lady because they Denied it (Thank God)

Put it this way…. One I had the stanza I rear-ended a Camero. The Camero chasing a civic on the freeway decided to change 3 lanes from the left to the right. The car ended right in the front f me the suddenly slams its break (something cut it off!) then Boom. Not that bad but it dented my bumper and his too. Keep in mined that all happened with out me doing anything; I’m going 70 mph Camero zooms in front of me, boooooom?? He tried to pull it off with (I know a body shop bull but I got his license and insurance). If u rear needed someone it is always u r fault and I don’t what to take any chances . The insurance went up but I got a new paint bumper and signal lights!!!

i was drivin with my mom, when i still had my temps, and this old fuckin retard decided to merge goin 40 right in front of me. of course im goin 70, cant see her cuz shes commin around a corner/loop, and i slam on the brakes, anti-lock pumpin so hard my leg goes numb. as soon as i can, i get over and pass the old bag. shes so short she had to look thru the steering wheel to see the road. and she was still goin 40 when i passed her a mile down the road. my mom almost pissed her pants then thanked me for reacting the right way.

then another time, when i was like 10, my dad was drivin our old 4 runner with our boat behind it, and this guy in a 4 door grand am merges, cuts the three lane highway, and straight into our boat. im mean common, how can you cut three lanes and not see a huge fuckin boat and truck pullin it?? it turns out that the guy was like friggin 70 years old, and just as short as the lady that I almost rear ended. old people have reaction times that are seriously cut in half, and they think they can still drive just as good as someone younger "because they have been driving longer" and btw, the cops, and judge, and insurance company, they are all a bunch of corrupt fuckers lookin to get as much money out of people as they can. some cops may do good, such as bust a bunch of crack heads, but highwaycops are assholes, plain and simple. i dont want to start another thread about how corrupt or uncorrupt our enforcement system may be, i just want to post what i think is right FROM MY EXPERIENCES...now lets not argue against me here, i dont want this thread closed like my other one was. please

The fool that T-bone me was actually born in 1925, I checked the police report since it is posted on my wall. And the fool almost got hit crossing the road cuz he couldn't hear or see the car coming, the car came to a screeching halt, and then he says I was speeding, I told the damn cop the fucker almost got hi crossing the road, stands and looks at my car and can't even say I'm fucking sorry, for his stupidity, I landed in therapy, my back still has problems especially when I am working on the engine bay. First this stupid cop comes and asks me if this is my car, like I stole it,and then wanted to blame it on me, the other cop told him to back off cuz you could tell by the position of my car and where I was hit, it wasn't my fault, guess a 19yr old black kid with a 97 Trans-am is either stolen or up to no good. I hate cops, and live right next to one. Fuck.
And worst of all, old ppl can't drive worth a shit in the dark, I tell you, they should have a driving curfew, and be retested every year, ppl age differently, but these idiots cause too many accidents, and it is usually blamed on the other person cuz they pull right infront of you and you hit them on the back. Keep them in the nursing home instead fo the roads, I vote for that.

there's no way any of us should really be commenting on this accident without hearing the old lady's side first. i do think old people should be treated with more respect, but they are a sort of road hazard. for instance, i think just about everytime i'm with my grandpa and he's driving, we almost get into an accident. i guess the best way to deal with those drivers is to drive as defensively as possible, but they have a right to drive too. we're all gonna be old too someday.

maybe its just cause im asian, but i have alot of respect for my elders, and i think that its garbage that yall are gonna blame the old lady.

yeah she didnt signal, but we all forget to signal once in a while, we never expect someone to rear end us. and you'd atleast hope the person behind you was paying enough attention that it could have been avoided.

When we race we get busted by cops for endangering other drivers lives, and I agree, but when they go driving stupidly on the interstate nothing happens cuz they aren't speeding and they are old. That night we were speeding, If I hit that old lady, me, her and my brother would not have survived. They can't see so they shouldn't drive. I have seen too many times their irratic driving for you to ever convince me other wise. I see them driving on the fast lane (in ATL of all places) at 40mph, and the cops don't do shit, here in atlanta rarely do you get pulled over doing 80 on the feeway cuz almost everyone else is doing 90. Keep them off the road that is what I say, if not test them every year, and every six months the older they get.
