I am not really sure where the line would be drawn as in an increase or decrease so I am going to have to stay away from that question.
You can do anything with the right amount of money. I don't think that twins would be much of an advantage. I think people just take twin turbo as sounding like it's faster. Depends on the car.

and before i go any further, what does DSM stand for? i haven't looked much for it, but i always see DSM and no definition for it. keep in mind, i'm new to this forum, bear with me.

True dual exhaust.. NO
The car is an inline, so unless you get a custom made exhaust made from the motor back then NO. It would have to use 4-2 header and then stay at 2 all the way through. But on our cars it's just a waste of money, and it just adds weight. A 2.5" on a NT and a 3" on a Turbo is more than sufficient. A twin turbo is possible. But I think Kevin said that it would be the same preformance as a bigger turbo.
