LOL, I just built this kit, and painted it tamiya bright red. The `71 Hemi cuda is my favorite muscle car.

I'm not allowed to paint anything until Sunday. Just because we have 12 visitors.
 On Sunday I'm going to paint the hood flat black and I might be able to Alclad the bumpers. Until then!

if you are going to paint the hood flat black most of the cudas that have that have the lip or spoialer on the back also painted flat black.

Update
A small update, I just sprayed the bumpers. It came out okay, I need a real airbrush though. This cheap thing I'm using isn't giving me the results I really want.
Do any of you guys have any good websites for airbrushes and stuff. BTW, pics were resised with paint, I don't have any good programs on this new computerfor resising right now. Anyways, here are da pics!     Edit: There is dust on the car, I just leave it there for long periods of time. While I was painting the hood Modelmasters racing orange the paint was all flat. Then when I put clear on it all CRACKED!!! Do you guys know of painting model masters over TAMIYA primer caused this?

Nice colour choice.Looks like the Monogram kit to me.Very basic but looks great when finished.I'll post some pics in a new thread.

If you need a new hood I have a gloss black one, it never got used because we had the blower etc sticking out of the front.
It's nice and shiny so might suit you if you're doing the top black.

Thanks anyways. I've decided to paint it orange. I just need to strip the paint off. The interior has been painted flat black and flocking has been done to the floor. I'm finished painting the dashboard and steering wheel. I just need to paint the roll bars and the seats. I'll take pics of the interior when it is 100% done. Until then!
