then you arent gonna be driving this car to work or to school anymore, its gonna be GUTTED completely and have like 5+ times the value of the car into the engine/suspension/wheels/tires/etc...

I would be happy with a mid to low 13 and I think the Ls/vtec is well capable of that without a turbo. I already have a boosted car. I think I would like to try my hand at an all motor setup.

and like 94teg said, a turbo is expensive. My pockets are not that deep at the moment.

I don't have deep pockets, I'm just fortunate to have a friend who can sell me parts at his cost. I don't have, nor have I ever had a boosted car and I love the sound of a turbo and BOV. Given, an extremely powerful raw engine car to me is more impressive, I'm doing it soley out of personal preference.
