It's actually Humbrol enamel number 56 which I think is supposed to be matt aluminium - I'm not sure if the tin I've got is a mutant but it seems to come out somewhere between a chrome & matt aluminimum finish through the airbrush - certainly the other tin I have comes out very matt

This is the best I can do picture wise - it's basically the intercooler from the Tamiya R34 with end pieces made from plastic card & rod.
The fittings are Tamiya masking tape painted matt blue and bare metal foil clips. (FOTW did an excellent how to thread on the subject)

use the lowenhart ld1's but paint the wheel black and leeve the lip chrome
