Well, I decided a while back that I will be getting the "Sebring" fenders for Layla. And, for the record, the car you're thinking of is the MGC GTS, which actually was not a factory works car at Le Mans but in road rallies and at Sebring in 1967.
The works Le Mans MGB's were the infamous "droop snout" cars. I will go for Sebring fenders, a Costello hood, and probably ProperMG's rallye style air dam as far as appearance mods. If I go the crossflow route, I'll also work in the Moss Motorsports Roots Supercharger kit for MG's. 250-270hp in an MGB sounds like a good number.

I've got an 92 MX-3 GS it drift's almost anywhere in any weather.. and it's all stock... well with a 70f/30r weight ratio, and the majority of the brakepower is in the rear with no ABS *brakes aren't always needed* but I can drift my car pretty easily... can't hold it long, but that's because I use the load shift to drift not that handbrake (sidebrake) BS!

Re: FF Drifters
i tried it a couple times in my hatch but doesn't really work well...as far as drifting w/o using the e-brake....found it hard to loose traction in my rear tires....but i actually began to loose traction in my rear wheels once while taking a clover leaf type exit...was odd b/c it never happened b4 but it happened that time when i had a passenger...was odd was gonna try it again but i'm not one to try that type of stuff with a passenger on public roads

Re: FF Drifters
no rubbin in my face, I can easly drift my MX-3 under the MX-3 forums I have my how to guide to drift my car, if any FF drifters want to check it out. There are many diffrent ways to get it to overstear, the method I describe has been the fastest method in my experence. I've personaly cut down on driftin because I've had to replace tires annualy for 2 years
, and I got other things to pay for so I've cut down myself, besides after this car is done I'm going to make a Renissis FC3S RX-7

Re: FF Drifters
Well...done tray under the rears w/ ebrake. 1 time i did "drift" when I had my escape I was driving my friends home, zoned out then realised my friend's street was coming up massed the brake and yanked the wheel car slid sideways but there was an on coming car so I massed the brake instead of the gas.

Re: FF Drifters
Well the way I drift is the Inertia Drift, also it'll be 3 to 5 years before I get the 7 so I'm sure by then someone would have gotten into a wreck with an RX-8 by then, and there will be more replacment parts for them by then, should be anyway....
