oh yea cuz the h22 was built and designed to be in a civic. if u go with a b-series swap for ur civic, u can save money from buying a H series motor mounts. You will also probably make life a lil more safer and make ur car lighter. You can also save gas since i think b-series use less gas haha. There is a reason why u dont see many cars with an H-series swap in a civic and more ppl using a b-series swap. I kno the H-series engine is pretty cheap on the markey but dont let the price fool u since it isnt an engine designed for ur car. I would just get the GSR swap.

i'm talking about the jdm k20a (type-r)

220hp @ 8000
152 lb-ft @ 7000

basically the power of jdm h22 type-s, without the disadvantage of weight. Plus...you get 6 spd w/lsd

get one then. if you want to spend over 6k to have that motor be my guest. unnecessary in my eyes. if you were going to put over 6k into a motor it would be better to get a gsr and put 3k+ into it. unless you just want to be different or something. turboing the gsr would be a hell of a lot faster than the stock k20 type r motor
