Re: my new 2004 spec v

That is a sweet 04' I am from the honda forums but im lookin at getting a new car, i love the spec-v's always have. As for the SRT-4 beating an STI i belive it the Wrxs' are shit after about 85mph they have no top end. I rode in my friends and he couldnt pull on anything after he hit 4th.

well the 02,03 srt-4s are slightly slower than the STI at any speed, but i think the 04's are about even from a high roll.
man, i gotta tell you tho, the STI is faaaast. i've had the chance to put over 100 miles on my dad's, and it pulls in 4th like my spec pulls in 2nd.

i definitely like the 04 srt-4's tho, LSD = mandatory.

I hate neon's too, but I think I hate Cavaliers even more. But no matter what, there's no denying that the SRT-4's a fast car. They are light with a lot of power and torque. They've smoked many many Prelude VTEC's. I still don't know how an SE-R (not spec) stack up to a Prelude VTEC cuz I still yet to see that. But anyway back on track. I think today while I was reading Sport Compact Car mag...or maybe another mag, I read about a srt-4 hitting 600hp, I don't know if they did anything on the internals or not, but that's definetly fast. But if you really wanna kill some srt-4's without too much money...go nitros :-P

Re: my new 2004 spec v

I've got to tell you this since you brought up NOS. My buddy "attempted" to race his slighlty modded Prelude against an Eclipse running NOS and the kid (looked like he was 16) killed it trying to launch. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life.

I've seen the Eclipse up close at shows its a nice car just needs a better driver.
