Re: Is Tamiya Primer not available in the UK?
I have been told by GeeDee Models in Nottingham that the Tamiya primer is no longer imported into the UK, perhaps due to legality issues regarding european product laws, but don't quote me on it.

If you're worried about filling in detail then I recommend Games Workshop White Primer. It goes on beautifully and shrinks while drying so no detail is obscured. I use the black aswell.
It can also be used on metal. Cheers Farrokh

Does the Games Workshop primer come in a spray can?

Yes. So does the black. http://uk.games-workshop.com/storefr...orignav=300810 It is quite expensive but you can get it cheaper from other hobby shops. It does work fantastically though, especially for spraying metal or etched parts. Cheers Farrokh
