If you have gotten as far as you say then I was incorrect about the hub separating from the knuckle with the 4 Torx bolts. You will have to remove the whole assembly from the upper control arm and the 2 lower ball joints. A tuning fork shaped chisel will be needed to do the job of separating the ball joints from the knuckle. Once completely detached form the car you will need a press, as you believed.

Sorry about the bad info. I was doing this from memory and I currently can't find that Chiltons' manual.YES YOU NEED A PRESS

I have slotted rotors for a reason. Of the three or four types ie; cross drilled/slotted, slotted, cross drilled I could afford the slotted ones. I am not not which of theses runs the coolest but they all operate in a cooler range than stock. Each has it's advantages and disadvantages.

actually i used the book and they did not mention anything about the press. all they said was that the hub should come out after unscrewing the 4 thorx screws in the back. Well i'll take it apart tommorow and see what i can do. i'll take it to a shop.

You are right if I remember correctly the manual doesn't specifically say press the hub apart. This is the reason that most people take a job like this to a professional. "INCOMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS" Good luck on your install.

you know for this reson i took the book back to the store and i got a Haynes for 90-93 accord wich sucks even more. Maybe i'll get the Chiltons with the yellow lude again. It was by far more superior than tne Haynes.

Haynes Sucks Big time !!!!!!
