Oh, and a lot of places now photocopy your license. I had to go out with a guy friend of mine, and we had to put on an act like we were actually married in order to get to drive... and at that, we still had to have a good story going about what else we had considered and stuff... Run a search for "Test drive" started by me... GREAT story.

Re: Once in a lifetime opportunity...

They make test driving cars WAAAY too tough. But then again i see why they do that especially after reading saturn tangerine's story. It was hilarious, here's the link if anyone wants to read it. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...ght=test+drive

Annoying sales persons-especially BMW people. It was pretty funny, when the PT Cruiser first came out-"IF YOU TEST DROVE IT, YOU HAD TO BUY IT"-salesman (no offence, i know some people on AF are sales people)

here is oregon it is the same way but if a bike wants to fill it themself then by all means let them mst gas attendants dont make enough in a year to pay for a custom paint job.......i managed a gas station once but before i was a manager i was an attendant and had tons of porshe bmw benz couple ferraris few vipers but my favorite of all time was when a regular customer came in at about 8:30 pm in a 34 mercedes roadster i belive he was smoking a cig so he jumped out and the car wasnt close enough to the pump so i asked him if he could move up.... he just looked at me and said go ahead i was like wh wha what no way.
he just said get in turn the key put your foot on the break put it in dri i ended up interupting him and say ya i get it i know how to drive...

sorry for the long post
and for everyone that says gas attendant suk it rains 8-9 months of the year here do you really want to get out and pump gas???
