Re: domestic cars section

big MOTHERFARKIN v-8's that is, displacing rediculous amounts of air.. mmm...
I'm an import guy myself, hell i own an RX-7, probably the most "import" out of any of them.. 1.3 liters of rotary power! (cant find dat sheeit anywhere else!)

But guess what my dream car is??
That's right
a 1971 barracuda sporting a 528 hemi. mm.. 8.6 liters of POWAH!

That's why i think the whole "imports vs. domestics" argument is stupid. They're both cool, in their own ways.

I am glade american cars exsist. Or there would be no japanese cars or european cars.

But i really do not prefer domestics becuase there so dang loud. Some imports try to be loud but there just annoying. Thats why i love most of nissans motors essp. the KA sounds so nice and actually does something when you add exhuast.

Well the thing about the RX-7 when you say 1.3L rotary.. its like what
3-4L converted?

Re: domestic cars section

At least the Imports vs. Domestics debate serves it's purpose very well....................

That is make the Holden vs. Ford debate look semi-intellegent..........

Re: domestic cars section

I've heard just about equal parts import and domestic bashing on both sides of the fence. Both sides are a passionate about their views. I figure, if you like either side you can't go wrong, its just that sometimes people get annoyed when one side of the argument gets too fanboy with the "my car is unbeatable" b.s.

Re: domestic cars section

Ford came out with the model T which revolutionized cars, making them cheap to build (in turn affordable to consumers) from mass production, but I don't think they invented the car
