Peloton, you're much too qualified for that. It didn't look like a very good place to work when I was there--in fact, I got the same impression at the Ducati and Ferrari factories. If someone is just starting off on a career, it might be good to put in a stint so you have it on your resume. Otherwise, I'd suggest becoming a supplier and forging relationships so you can have "access" to the people or facilities, or at least have bragging rights.
But working there, and dreaming of mopping the floors or washing Ron Dennis' car? Per Bernoulli/Yoda: Self-respect, maintain. Stay away, you must.
