I highly recommend soulseek. Although the music is limited(mostly electronic), the program itself is great, because you can browse users files and dload entire albums.

And also, when downloading big files (600Mb+) and the user you're trying to download from decides to go offline - you're screwed (again, at least I'm screwed, haven't heard of the resume function). suggest you go to winmx home page and download latest version....it does all the stuff you want.
