wow, the rims look so special. And the angle of the wing is more than 45 degree......the setting is definitely for drift spec.

ya, the rim is from Fujimi, called Advan RG. Camber adds a ring outside the rims to make a deep rim look.

Camber + = better grip
Tires tend to lead outward in hard cornerings. its like tires kicking back to the asphalt i guess...
also i heard that the less rubber that touches the ground, less drag you'll have dunno abt that tho...

Nice DriftPig Man!

Nice bodykit.
But the rims are too "deep" which IMO doesn't look good.

Re: Drift Nissan Sil-Eighty~

drift spec is rear=almost NO CAMBER. front is like 6+degrees. nice car! but i think is would be nicer with less rear camber.

Re: Drift Nissan Sil-Eighty~

Camber..excellent job man..you know i have a soft spot for all s13 models..esp sileighties..you got this one looking awesome.
youngdrifter_x: yes that is a wakaba mark..put on a car to show you've only been driving less that a year..but its common from what I have heard for drifters and others to put it on thier cars as a joke..i see em on ebay all the time..thought about getting one for mine..lol

Re: Drift Nissan Sil-Eighty~

Cool model.. Love the color!

Doesn't really matter about the camber, you can have mosnter camber for drift or slight camber... My stock Mercedes has rear wheel camber for handling... and you should see my buddy's POrsche... rear wheel camber heaven.

Like ANtonio says "Build models for yourself" realism is not always compeltely approporaite. we are going after illusion right?

Came out excellent Tom. Love everything about it. And I enjoyed the sneak previews .

And to those of you who feel there is too much negative camber, you obviously havn't seen too many drift cars aside from the popular ones....
