With a stock motor? Will never happen, in my opinion...
Maybe with a seriously built motor, but even then, I would not use a D15 for a drag car unless you have the time, money and resources that Bizi had... I am so not going to tell you to "swap in a b16/b18", because you said stock motor. It's just that I don't think the stock motor can do it... D15's are great for modding on the street, but for track???

4)have tons of money
5)have tons of hooks up  Bisimioto: D15: 10.70@124mph all motor, full race, uncut crx chassis. Dual weber carbs, msd digital 6, aftermarket final drive, bisimoto custom cams, headers, headwork, sleeved block, destroked crank, ls rods (at 1st), arias pistons, and precision tuning (a must).
