Hey thanks for your reply, I pretty much figured that i would have to beef everything up in order to handle the extra power and stuff, actualy I was planning on it. I've been in search for the Japanese sites, only problem is I can't read some of them. But thanks Again your reply was much appreciated.

yea if you want to go all motor you probably could do a lot of head work and increase the dicplacement to 1.7L maybe 1.8 but I don't know if there are stroker kits for the scions. Getting the heads ported and polished will impove it's performance.

the other alternative, if you got $5k - $10k to just drop in a shop, either have them do a performance rebuild to max out hp/displacement (which could double the hp output, or barely get you 30hp extra), or just have a shop build a custom engine for you.
