I fully agree. Thats 1/2 the reason why our insurance rates are going up...cause people are STUPID! Some teens are good drivers, and I think that they shouldn't be punished for other's wrongdoing. There should really be two levels of insurance - you get one chance. The first time you get caught driving drunk or doing something else stupid - BAM, you start paying $$ for it. It is as simple as that, to me atleast.

i'm having a shitty year as well.... try starting off the year with a case of shingles (Herpes Zoster) ... no its not herpes its like the chicken pox but worse....have an ER dr. tell you its just an infection from the eyebrow ring....then find out its not so you took out the eyebrow ring for nothing which is now closed...then getting dumped
